This notice explains how AIDventure (“we”) processes the personal data you send through the contact form on aidventure.eu, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679).

What data we collect

Why and on what legal basis

We use this data only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, to prepare an offer — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and on steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

How long we keep it

We keep your messages for as long as needed to handle your request, and for no more than 24 months afterwards, unless a longer period is required by law.

Who receives it

Your data is not sold or shared for marketing. It is processed by our email hosting provider and by Cloudflare (Turnstile) for spam protection, acting as processors.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing of your data, to data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority (in Romania: ANSPDCP, www.dataprotection.ro).
